Welcome to the newly renovated Spookatorium. With episode 15 I have expanded the focus beyond music and pulled open the beaten old trunk of the strange and unusual. Each episode will feature a handful of curious tales and the website will be updated frequently with additional content as I find stories of interest.
This trip out features tracks from
PROCER VENEFICUS

With background accompaniment from
ANGEL OF DECAY
ANIMA MUNDI
In addition you will hear the moving tale of the death of a vampire peacock struck down in one of the shadowy corners of New York City, and the citizen who would not let its passing go unnoticed. I have a haunted lighthouse to tell you about, and ladies and gentleman, you can buy it for a dollar! I also take a look at the alleged tales of haunting in a remote Michigan town. A small town in Mississippi sees a strange creature on the loose, and doesn’t jump to cryptoid conclusions! An amphibious giant from beneath the sea with a hostile message is made an example of by the Dutch.

I cannot confirm nor deny any of the Mayfield ghost stories, although I found them pretty interesting. Mayfield was once a small, but booming logging community, even sporting its own whore house. Not much has changed really 😉>>There is off in the woods along an unpaved, woodland road, a little girls grave that someone does maintain on a yearly basis. It is also desecrated by drunk teens on occasion. I wish I could remember the tale there. I will look into it.>>Fucking Mayfield!>>-Marty/Worm
I remember hear something about Hoosier Valley being haunted, and I did find one story realting to that stoyr. Something about a ghost of a man that drug chains around with him. That’s not the story I recall. Actually I don’t really remember the specifics but I know it was different that what I read in this. Any ideas on that one?
