I saw this on Fark the day it went online. It was so disconcerting yet hilarious that I had to show all my friends, and they had to show all their friends. I even have a little dance and impression of the Gnome I do when I’m bored. The South American Shadow Gnome has become a running joke with me and my friends. We’re even working to make it an internet phenomenon (along the lines of All Your Base, or Firing My Lasers). We’re developing webcomics, flash animation, youtube parodies, photoshop pics, and rap songs that all references the Gnome. We hope it will catch on because that things is creepy.

I remember hear something about Hoosier Valley being haunted, and I did find one story realting to that stoyr. Something about a ghost of a man that drug chains around with him. That’s not the story I recall. Actually I don’t really remember the specifics but I know it was different that what I read in this. Any ideas on that one?

I cannot confirm nor deny any of the Mayfield ghost stories, although I found them pretty interesting. Mayfield was once a small, but booming logging community, even sporting its own whore house. Not much has changed really There is off in the woods along an unpaved, woodland road, a little girls grave that someone does maintain on a yearly basis. It is also desecrated by drunk teens on occasion. I wish I could remember the tale there. I will look into it.Fucking Mayfield!-Marty/Worm

Cool! I am all about some Pigface "Gub" - how fucking awesome is that record, man??!!!?? Martin Atkins is sooooo important to drumming. (And I guess Overkill's Rat Skates is also quite important, ahem.) I was aaaaaall about Overkill as a kid.
